Specification Guide
Overview
ProductName carries the name of a research product as it appears within ProductDetails. It provides a human-readable label for the product distinct from its identifier (productID) and title (Title), and is typically used for series or franchise names under which individual research items are published.
Usage
ProductName appears as a child of ProductDetails and is used to convey the marketing or branding name of the research product. It complements identifiers and titles by giving consumers a recognisable product or series label.
Relationships
- child-ofProductDetails — ProductName is a child element of ProductDetails, where it provides the product's display name.
